Propagandists are actively spreading information about a so-called telebridge on military security and alleged “crimes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces against civilians” in the belgorod region. The event featured the so-called special envoy of the russian mfa, rodion miroshnik, who systematically disseminates unsubstantiated accusations against Ukraine.
▫️During the event, russian propaganda traditionally circulated baseless claims about “UAF crimes” and manipulated the topic of international law. At the same time, international human rights defenders were accused of “selectivity” and allegedly ignoring events in russia.
▫️According to the russian side, representatives from over 70 countries allegedly joined the “telebridge” with the support of rossotrudnichestvo. The kremlin actively uses this organization to promote its narratives abroad under the guise of humanitarian and cultural initiatives.
▫️Particular attention is drawn to the venue — Vienna. It was previously reported that russia uses Austria’s capital as a platform for intelligence and influence operations in Europe.
Such “telebridges” are part of russia’s information-psychological operations. Their purpose is to shift focus away from documented war crimes against Ukraine, discredit the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and impose a manipulative narrative on the international audience.
