russia has launched another fake photo as part of a disinformation campaign about the alleged “mobilization of women in Ukraine.”
A photo allegedly taken in one of Ukraine’s women’s health clinics is being circulated on social media. The poster features a female Ukrainian service member with the quote: “Motherhood is not the only path to self-realization for a woman.” Propagandists accompany it with manipulative claims that Ukrainian women are allegedly being encouraged to join the frontline directly in medical facilities.
In fact, the image is a fake created using artificial intelligence. This is confirmed by an analysis of the photo using specialized content verification services. The russian origin of the fake is also indicated by its original source — hostile anonymous Telegram channels.
