Fake About the Alleged Death of Two Brothers Serving Under Contract
ru-propaganda continues its attempts to discredit the “18–24 Contract” program.
Using a real article about a farewell ceremony for Ukrainian soldiers, propagandists fabricated a fake story about the alleged deaths of two brothers serving under contract, replacing the original names and photos.
In reality, all service members participating in the “18–24 Contract” program are still undergoing training and are not involved in combat operations. Therefore, the information being spread by hostile Telegram channels is entirely fictional.
Additionally, hostile TG channels have once again circulated a fake story about the alleged death of 21-year-old Veronika — the first woman to sign the contract. The Center has previously debunked this claim.
Earlier, ru-propagandists also spread a fake obituary about a supposedly deceased 20-year-old serviceman named Volodymyr, with the call sign “Luntik.”
