russian propaganda is preparing yet another informational alibi by spreading disinformation that Ukraine is allegedly planning “a series of strikes on Kramatorsk” in order to blame them on the russian army.
This information has nothing to do with reality and is a typical tactic of russian propaganda aimed at justifying its own war crimes and shifting responsibility for them onto Ukraine.
It is the russian army that carries out deliberate terrorist strikes on civilian targets in Ukraine, attempting to justify them as “Ukrainian provocations.”
