Participants emphasized that cognitive warfare today has gone beyond the traditional information space and has become a separate sphere of confrontation. It was stressed that modern challenges require democratic states to be ready to effectively counter attempts by the enemy to destabilize society from within.
The participants concluded on the need to change strategic approaches to forming the global security architecture. It was noted that to achieve sustainable peace in Ukraine, it is necessary to move from a policy of deterring the aggressor and managing risks to a policy of the strategic defeat of russia.
The participation of the Center’s representatives in such large-scale international events is an important component of expanding cooperation with partner countries. This allows for the exchange of advanced experience in countering destructive hostile influences, as well as establishing direct contacts, which are a necessary foundation for implementing further joint initiatives and strengthening global information security.
