The CCD deepens cooperation with NATO

The Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD), together with NATO PDD IEA, prepared an analytical report “Information Threats Targeting NATO’s Support to Ukraine”.

This is the first analytical report produced by the Alliance in cooperation with a non-member country.

“I am proud that the Center has become the first institution with which NATO is working in this area,” said Andriy Kovalenko, Head of the CCD, officer of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

On October 25, 2024, at a meeting of the Strategic Communications Committee within the NATO-Ukraine Council, the report was presented on behalf of the Center by Kyrylo Viktorov, Deputy Head of the Department for Countering Information Threats to National Security.

The report was prepared by the Department of Countering Information Threats to National Security under the supervision of Anayit Khoperiya, Deputy Head of the Center.

This cooperation is only the first step in further analytical work on countering information threats conducted jointly by Ukraine and NATO.
