Meeting of the Leadership of the Center for Countering Disinformation with NATO Representatives

On April 2, 2026, the Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, Andrii Kovalenko, and the Deputy Head of the Center, Anayit Khoperiya, held meeting with Chris Riley, Head of Plans and Insights at the Office of Strategic Communications, NATO HQ.

During the constructive dialogue, the parties substantively discussed key areas of cooperation in the sphere of countering hostile information threats. The participants of the meeting paid particular attention to a detailed analysis of the main trends in the dissemination of Russian hostile narratives at the current stage.

As a result of the meeting, the representatives of the Center and NATO HQ formulated a clear vision for further joint steps in line with ongoing CAP StratCom capabilities development project. The parties agreed upon priorities aimed at the effective identification, analysis, and neutralisation of information threats.

The Center for Countering Disinformation continues to deepen its cooperation with international partners in order to consolidate efforts in the fight against hostile narratives and to strengthen global information resilience.
