CCD participated in the research presentation on Ukrainians’ assessment of law enforcement sector reform and EU support
On October 28, 2024, the Center took part in the presentation of the results of the study “Success or not? How Ukrainians assess the law enforcement sector reform and EU support”, conducted by the sociological group “Rating” on behalf of the EU Advisory Mission Ukraine on September 24-29, 2024.
Speaking at the presentation, Deputy Head of the Department for Countering Information Threats to National Security of the CCD Kyrylo Viktorov emphasized that such studies allow state institutions to better understand how citizens perceive their activities and what measures should be taken to improve them.
Commenting on the results of the study, Mr. Viktorov noted that distrust of some government institutions often arises from their lack of communication with the public.
Therefore, he proposed to actively use social networks and messengers to create a reliable information infrastructure that would provide citizens with reliable information about the state’s actions, including reforms aimed at improving their quality of life.
