The occupiers are intensifying mobilization in ТОТ
The occupation authorities have intensified efforts to recruit Ukrainians from the temporarily occupied territories into the war against Ukraine.
▫️People are being urged to sign military contracts with the occupying army, falsely promised they will not be sent to the front lines.
▫️Following putin’s decree on the spring draft, the occupiers on TOT are using various forms of coercion and manipulation to boost mobilization — tracking down local men of conscription age, forcing them to register for military service, introducing mobilization quotas, and resorting to repression.
Mass forced mobilization in TOT is part of russia’s genocidal policy and a blatant violation of international law. Moreover, the occupiers are attempting to make residents of occupied territories complicit in their war crimes.
