Kremlin propagandists under sanctions
The EU is preparing the 16th sanctions package. It is important to focus on propagandists.
The 15th package of EU anti-Russian sanctions included new restrictions on legal entities and individuals in Russia and some other countries through which Russia is trying to circumvent sanctions.
In particular, the sanctions targeted Russian military-industrial complex enterprises and energy companies, Putin’s “shadow fleet,” Russian military personnel who attacked the Okhmatdyt hospital in Kyiv, 16 Russian propagandists, and others.
The Center, together with its partners, submitted its proposals regarding the Kremlin propagandists to be included in the list. These proposals were taken into account.
The EU is currently preparing the 16th package of anti-Russian sanctions. The Center continues to identify individuals engaged in propaganda who should be included in the sanctions lists.
