Kremlin’s information saboteurs in the West: Valentin Bogdanov
Valentin Bogdanov is a Russian propagandist and correspondent for the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK) based in Washington, DC.
Since 2008, he has worked as a correspondent for the Russian media company in Kyiv, and since 2013, he has been stationed in the United States.
Bogdanov’s propaganda reports on US foreign and domestic policy are regularly broadcast on Russian TV and radio. He is frequently invited to appear on air as an “expert on America.” Notably, he often features on the programs of the notorious propagandist Vladimir Solovyov and writes a column for RT.
In his reports, Bogdanov pushes Kremlin narratives, claiming that the United States allegedly started the war in Ukraine against Russia and accusing Washington of “provoking a nuclear war.” Regarding Ukraine, he attempts to discredit the country’s leadership and paints grim scenarios for the future of Ukrainians.
