The Center participated in the presentation of the monograph on counteracting Russian information aggression
On November 25, 2024, the Center for Countering Disinformation participated in the presentation of the monograph “Strategic Communications during War: A View from a Volunteer to a Scientist” at Ukrinform.
The study, prepared by experts from the National Academy of Security Service of Ukraine in collaboration with strategic communication specialists, government and security institutions, volunteers, journalists, and international experts, examines the evolution of strategic communications during a full-scale war.
The monograph addresses topics such as leadership in strategic communications, public diplomacy, gender specifics, and psychological mechanisms for building strategic communications.
Anayit Khoperiya, Deputy Head of the Center, contributed by emphasizing on Russian propaganda tools, methods of spreading disinformation, and sharing the Center’s experience in identifying and countering information threats, as well as its cooperation with government and international partners
