✅ In fact, this person is not related to the OSCE in any way, and her real name is Vera Nikulina, who is from russian vladivostok, has the russian Order of Courage, and is connected to putin’s «United Russia» party. The putinist also visited the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine — Crimea and Donetsk
