❌ The russian Telegram channels are spreading information that a dysentery epidemic has allegedly started in the Kharkiv region. According to the propagandists, the source of the infection was the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who were in hospitals in unsanitary conditions
✅ After verifying the information with a help of the Department of Health of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the Center informs that this is another fake of russian propaganda, the purpose of which is to discredit the Armed Forces of Ukraine and sow panic among the population
🔻 The Department also noted that the increase in the number of cases of dysentery in the current year is due to the improvement of detection and accounting of infectious diseases in the de-occupied territories, and the main factor in the transmission of acute intestinal infections remains the food route
