In reality, this is not about technological advancement but about even greater control over people. Such an AI will not be neutral — it will become an additional ideological tool. Algorithms will be trained to respond “correctly,” meaning in a way that aligns with government narratives, silencing any criticism or alternative viewpoints.
Since all servers will be located in russia or belarus, every query will be fully monitored by the security services. They will know who is searching for what and what topics people are interested in. This marks the end of privacy — any activity within such a system will become another source of data for repression.
The implementation of such AI will lead to full-scale digital authoritarianism.
