Hidden mobilization in Russia: police officers receive bonuses for recruitmen
Huge payments are no longer so effective in motivating russians to go to war against Ukraine, so the russian authorities are inventing new ways to recruit soldiers. In particular, due to the introduction of payments to police officers who force marginalized citizens to sign a contract with the ministry of defense of the russian federation.

Depending on the region, the bonus of employees of the ministry of internal affairs of the russian federation for recruitment ranges from 10 to 100 thousand rubles. ($130–1300).
Despite the propaganda narrative about the alleged absence of “rubbing”, in fact, the russian federation is not coping with replenishing regular and significant losses in the war against Ukraine. The idea of general mobilization among russians is extremely unpopular, so the russian authorities are essentially conducting covert mobilization.
By recruiting soldiers through the police, museums, libraries and even through public procurement, the kremlin demonstrates not only a lack of personnel, but also a complete determination to continue the war.
