In the occupied part of Kherson region, another propaganda training program has been launched. Applications have been opened for a course titled “new media — the trend of youth.”
▫️ Participants will be trained to create content, “work with trends,” and “influence public opinion.” The recruitment process is coordinated by the “patriot” youth center, established to exert ideological influence on young people. Instructors will include graduates of the kremlin’s “workshop of new media” program.

Young people are offered training, career advancement, and access to resources in exchange for loyalty. The occupiers’ strategy is straightforward — through controlled media actors, it is easier to impose a “correct” version of reality on residents of the temporarily occupied territories.
