Formally, such activities are presented as useful skills for “emergency situations.” In reality, they constitute an element of systematic militarization — the training takes place in cadet corps institutions, with military discipline, uniforms, and a clear orientation toward future service. From an early age, children are being prepared for life in wartime conditions, normalizing violence and combat realities.
