Information about 200 thousand young men leaving the country in one day is fake!
russian propaganda media report that from September 6 to 7, 200 thousand people, mostly men and teenagers, left Ukraine.
As proof, enemy media attach a screenshot from a video showing a group of young people boarding a train.
In fact, this information is not true. The Center verified the original video and found that it was published on July 25 on the page of a children’s basketball club — before the government resolution allowing men aged 18 to 22 to leave the country was adopted.
Moreover, according to information from the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, a total of 49 thousand people crossed the Ukrainian border from September 6 to 7.
The enemy’s goal is to sow distrust in the decisions of the Ukrainian government and create the impression of a “mass exodus of youth abroad.”
Earlier, the Center already debunked the fake about huge queues at the border after the adoption of the relevant resolution.
