Fake about “preparation for the mobilization of women” in Ukraine
russian propaganda has intensified a disinformation campaign about the alleged “preparation for the mobilization of women” in Ukraine.
▫️ Propaganda outlets claim that the AF of Ukraine are introducing positions of “commanders’ advisers on gender equality,” allegedly indicating “preparation for the mass mobilization of women.” They also deliberately highlight the career growth of a particular female service member to reinforce this false narrative.
In reality, such claims have nothing to do with the truth. There are no decisions or draft laws on compulsory mobilization of women in Ukraine.
With such disinformation, russia seeks to undermine the morale of Ukrainians and create a false impression of an alleged depletion of our country’s mobilization resources.
