Fake about “cash assistance” for Ukrainians who did not leave the country
Information about “cash assistance” to Ukrainians who have not left the country since February 24, 2022, is fake.
A video generated by AI is spreading on TikTok, in which the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, supposedly promises a cash payment of 7,348 UAH to Ukrainians.
To “receive” these funds, the creators of the fake suggest following a link in the profile and filling out a form.
This is not true. Such payments are not provided for, and the mentioned video address by the President is fabricated.
The purpose of such fake videos is to increase the audience of Telegram channels linked to the provided link.
Check reliable information about payments exclusively on official government resources.
Earlier, the Center already debunked a similar fake about a “payment” of 24,000 hryvnias to Ukrainians who had not left Ukraine since February 24, 2024.
