Meanwhile, his colleague from the russian foreign ministry, sergey ryabkov, stated that any demands toward moscow are “unacceptable.”
kremlin continues to stubbornly shift responsibility for the war onto others, ignoring the fact that it was russia that invaded Ukraine, launched an occupation war, and carries out daily attacks on Ukrainian cities. The timing of the war’s end depends solely on decisions made in moscow.
