On April 19, Andrii Shapovalov, the acting head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, a working body of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, and Yuliia Lykhach, the director of the High School of Public Governance, signed the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement.
The document provides for the development of scientific and practical projects and programs, as well as joint scientific and educational activities in the field of countering disinformation.
In addition, the agreement de facto means that the Center, together with the High School, expands work in the direction of professional development of civil servants and officials of local self-government in the field of countering disinformation.
The Center’s practical experience in countering destructive informational influences, in particular propaganda and disinformation, gained during full-scale resistance, will become a strong basis for the development of partner educational programs. So it is precisely thanks to such agreements that Ukraine successfully opposes the enemy on all fronts of the information war.
