The event was supported by theMinistry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, and the Sumy Regional Military Administration. The USAID Cybersecurity Activity sponsored the forum. The organizer is the exhibition organization Euroindex, the co-organizers are the NGO «Ukrainian Alliance», the international charitable fund «Cyber Security Supporting Center», the Institute of Post-Information Society.
Maryna Vorotyntseva, senior analyst of the Center for Countering Disinformation, delivered a report at the forum as part of the «Information Defense» panel.
In the report, the issue of information aggression of the russian federation, freedom of speech and information terrorism of the aggressor was raised.
Those present also learned how russian propaganda works against Ukraine in the EU and the world, as well as ways to bring russian information terrorists to justice.
Such measures become the key to successful informational opposition to russian aggression.
