From February 28 to March 1, a workshop on disinformation strategies was held in the city of Tallinn. The event was organized with the support of the European Commission for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations under the TAIEX instrument and in cooperation with the Estonian Center for International Development.
The purpose of the workshop was to share experiences in the fight against russian disinformation, manipulative narratives, as well as techniques, tactics and procedures that contribute to their spread. The best cases were shared by representatives of the Baltic countries, Finland, Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia.
The employees of the Center illustrated their own experience of identifying and responding to information threats from the enemy, and also emphasized the importance of strategic communications in the field of countering disinformation.
