The real goals of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine

The real goals of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine

The development of events on the front makes it obvious that military actions against Ukraine are only part of a large-scale plan to reformat the world, and not to protect peaceful residents of the DPR and LPR, as the Kremlin previously stated.

The analysis of the military, diplomatic and economic aspects of russian-Ukrainian confrontation shows the following:

First, russia anticipated and prepared in advance for the introduction of Western sanctions, alternative channels of reorientation of import-export of products to Asian and African markets were sought, and the import substitution program was being prepared. Russia’s goal is quite clear — to control the possibility of alternative gas supplies to the European market and try to prevent the growth of liquefied gas exports from Qatar. At the expense of Moscow’s large-scale investments (25 billion dollars), the construction of Egypt’s first nuclear power plant in El Dabaa has begun.

A similar scheme of the modern policy of the russian federation regarding the formation of support groups was implemented during the “African track”. Russia, with the support of China, announced the financing of the construction of nuclear power plants in Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, Kenya, Sudan, Morocco and Rwanda. This will mean many years of rigid attachmen, in particular the political one, of these countries to the russian federation. And it is not surprising that only half of the African countries voted for the resolution of the UN General Assembly in support of Ukraine.

Secondly, russia has formed an international camp of “support” for future military aggression by pro-kremlin leaders of several countries and lobbyists in international organizations.

Stocks of so-called canned goods (outwardly “loyal” to the Western ideology of the lobbyists of Putin’s narratives), “agents of influence” in the upper echelons of the Western establishment and simply local collaborators in accessible countries were recruited. In particular, in the ninth year of the war, the DPRK “suddenly” decided to recognize the so-called L/DPR and to announce the readiness of the nuclear deterrent of the USA, South Korea and other states. Moscow also “suddenly” developed special friendship with Beijing, whose investment facilities in Ukraine are being flown by russian missiles, contacts at the highest level with India, which has multiplied the purchase of russian oil at “special” prices, special relations with Turkey, based on the problem of Syria and the nuclear plant in Akkuyu, Brazil, which exchanged the values of democracy for russian fertilizers.

Putin’s recent, extremely rare trip to Iran ended with Gazprom signing a $40 billion memorandum with the Iranian National Oil Company.

Thirdly, in order to circumvent the sanctions, russia has activated the channels of covert smuggling of goods subject to sanctions in order to continue receiving important components for the defense industry of the russian federation and “technological espionage”. Russia’s ability to produce high-precision missiles and related electronics to continue its aggression against Ukraine depends on this.

“Undercover” spies of the russian federation, who are trying to obtain chip manufacturing technology by any means, are found at the suppliers of the necessary materials in Bulgaria, Japan, the USA, China, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea.

Russia really hoped to end the occupation of Ukraine within a week and show the international community how “a new unipolar world is being born”, as Putin stated 15 years ago in his Munich speech. But, despite all measures, everything did not go according to the plan, the “final solution of the Ukrainian issue” was defeated by the blitzkrieg.

On the contrary, by occupying Ukraine, russia only confirmed the “multipolar” world, refuting Putin’s fixed idea of turning it back to russia and establishing a new world order.
