russia has launched another propaganda campaign marking the fourth anniversary of its illegal attempted annexation of the occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
▫️ kremlin-controlled media are actively spreading claims about alleged “outstanding achievements,” “infrastructure reconstruction” and “economic prosperity” in the TOT of Ukraine. Propagandists claim that the population of the occupied regions unconditionally “supports russia” and that Ukraine has allegedly “failed to undermine this support.”
▫️ By spreading such messages, the kremlin is trying to create the illusion of a “happy occupation” in order to justify its own crimes. In reality, this mythical “prosperity” exists exclusively in the distorted mirror of russian propaganda.
Behind the loud claims of “development,” the occupiers are trying to conceal the true reality of the seized territories — total degradation, a humanitarian crisis, the absence of rights and devastation.
