russia expands its military presence in Venezuela
According to media reports, over 120 russian military personnel are currently in Venezuela under the command of lieutenant general oleg makarevich, who in 2023 led the operation to destroy the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Dam. russian instructors are training infantry, special units, and UAV operators, while also actively working with Venezuelan intelligence and communications units, significantly enhancing the combat capabilities of Venezuelan forces.
