In their «news», the propagandists refer to draft law No. 10084 on amendments to Part 2 of Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine «On Military Obligation and Military Service» regarding the implementation of the right of persons to stay in military service
✅ In fact, this is a manipulation that does not correspond to reality. The draft law states that servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who have high professional training, experience of practical work in their position, are recognized by the military medical commission as fit for health, may be left in military service at their request – without age restrictions
