Allegedly quoting an article by The Washington Post, russian media outlets write that Western experts are “fading away from euphoria over the success of the Ukrainian Armed Forces after russia’s liberation of key settlements in Donbas.”
The original article states that russia is adapting its tactics in the Donbas due to a lack of human resources.
Referring to an article in The Economist, russian media say that even Western experts recognize that despite the sanctions, russia has increased its oil exports.
Indeed, economists emphasize that Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia have increased their purchases of russian oil. At the same time, the same experts say that russia is forced to sell its surplus at huge discounts.
