Such a strike may be a response to the G7 members who promised to continue supporting Ukraine.

For those who are unable to go to a shelter, remember the rule of 2 walls and 2 exits.
There should be at least 2 walls separating you from the danger, as one is likely to collapse from a strike, and the other will protect you from wall debris, window glass, etc. This is usually a vestibule, corridor, or hallway.
Also, don’t forget that a garage or basement with one exit is a trap, not a safe place!
