Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said: “russia’s lies about Ukraine’s alleged plans to use a ‘dirty bomb’ are absurd. Firstly, Ukraine is a committed party to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty: we have no “dirty bombs” and have no plans to have them. Secondly, russia often accuses others of what it is planning itself.”
