Disinformation about the agreement to send ISIL fighters to war in Ukraine

❌ russian propagandist from Ireland Chay Bowes published a material from devend. online, which is run by another pro-russian propagandist from the Netherlands, Sonia van den Ende, on his page in X. The post refers to an alleged agreement between Ukraine, the United States and Iraq to send ISIL fighters to Ukraine

🔻 In her material, the author of the article refers to a video of «former Iraqi Foreign Ministry employee Hassan Fadil» who allegedly saw a letter from the President of Ukraine with a request to transfer some prisoners from Iraq to Ukraine to fight against russian troops

✅ This information is not true. There is no evidence to confirm the authenticity of such a «document». Also, there is no information about the «former employee» on the web, and his YouTube channel (created on 30.09.2022) has only one subscriber and one video that appeared there on 27.09.2023, which indicates that it is artificial and preparatory for an information campaign
