Despite russian propaganda’s efforts to discredit President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s visit to the United States and its ongoing narrative of “Western fatigue” with Ukraine, the visit highlighted the consistency of U.S. support for Ukraine.

▫️ During the visit, the United States announced new defense aid to Ukraine totaling $7.9 billion.

▫️ This package includes an additional Patriot air defense battery, other air defense systems, interceptors, drones, long-range missiles, and air-to-ground munitions.

▫️ The U.S. will also expand training programs for Ukrainian F-16 pilots and implement new sanctions against russia.

President Zelenskyy expressed his gratitude to U.S. President Joe Biden, both parties in Congress, and the American people for their ongoing support. His visit clearly showed that the kremlin’s attempts to create a divide between Ukraine and its allies have been unsuccessful
