russia continues to discredit Ukraine’s evacuation processes from frontline territories.
In particular, russian propagandists claim that databases of children in areas close to the frontline are being created and that a mass “mandatory medical examination” of children under 12 has begun. It is also alleged that the Ukrainian authorities are doing this to hide information from parents about where their children will be sent.
Such claims have no evidence and are untrue. The screenshots allegedly from the Ukrainian Ministry of Health are falsified. In this way, the enemy seeks to disrupt evacuation efforts and keep civilians, including children, in dangerous zones.
Similar statements are also aimed at diverting attention from russia’s numerous crimes related to the illegal removal of Ukrainian children. It was precisely for these actions that the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for dictator vladimir putin and the russian children’s rights ombudswoman, maria lvova-belova, in 2023.
