The kremlin is once again lying about «retaliatory strikes» against Ukraine
russia is once again trying to distort the facts and shift responsibility for its own terror against Ukrainian civilians onto Ukraine.
kremlin spokesman dmitry peskov described recent russian army strikes on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure as «actions in response to strikes by Ukraine».
In reality, this is yet another manipulation. russia launched its full-scale war in 2022 and has since deliberately destroyed Ukrainian energy facilities, civilian infrastructure and enterprises. Throughout these years, the kremlin regime has carried out systematic terror, at a time when Ukraine did not yet have the capabilities to launch reciprocal strikes against targets on russian territory.
The claim that these are «retaliatory actions» is merely another dishonest attempt by the kremlin to justify its own war crimes against Ukraine.
