▫️ Relations between Ukraine and Turkey are at an all-time high. Ukraine appreciates Turkey’s support during the war, particularly in the issue of the release of prisoners. Turkey has always been principled in supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
▫️ It is essential for Ukraine and Europe that any negotiations do not take place behind the backs of key actors affected by the consequences of Russian aggression. Ukraine, the EU, Turkey, and the UK should all be involved in the discussions and development of security guarantees.

▫️ Ukraine wants the war to end more than anyone. But it has to be fair.
