Fake about USAID Allegedly Paid $4M to TIME for Zelenskyy’s “Person of the Year” Title
The Center is recording a new wave of circulation on platform X of a fake video allegedly from the American outlet New York Post, claiming that USAID supposedly paid Time magazine $4 million to name President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy the “Person of the Year.”
The Center for Countering Disinformation has previously reported that this information is false, and the video being spread as “proof” is not present on any official New York Post platforms.
The goal of such disinformation is to discredit Ukraine and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy personally on the international stage.
