Fake about “privileged treatment” of Ukrainian soldiers in Poland

On social networks, videos with Ukrainian military near a hospital in the city of Stalowa Wola are actively circulated. The authors of the posts claim that Ukrainians allegedly received medical care earlier than Polish patients.

These statements are not true. As emphasized by the Ministry of Defense of Poland, there are no special rules for Ukrainian military personnel. They underwent routine medical examinations on commercial terms, paid for by the Polish department. This is a common practice for all foreign military personnel undergoing training at Polish training grounds. The Polish Ministry of Defense stressed that spreading such manipulations corresponds to the Russian narrative, the goal of which is to incite negative emotions and polarize Polish society.

▫️ The Polish General Staff also warns about the increase in activity of russian information-psychological operations, through which the Kremlin tries to incite anti-Ukrainian sentiments in Poland.

Earlier, the center recorded an activation of pro-Russian messages in the Polish social media segment, aimed at dividing society and discrediting support for Ukraine.
