Fake about Kharkiv TPP being used as a warehouse by the AFU
Hostile propaganda spreads a fake claiming that Ukrainian servicemen are allegedly bringing military cargo to warehouse premises at one of Kharkiv’s power substations.
▫️ Propagandists allege that the cargo is being delivered at night, and that the area near the substation’s warehouses is guarded around the clock by armed security personnel.
Such messages may indicate russia’s preparation for new strikes on Kharkiv’s energy infrastructure. The enemy once again resorts to its tactic of an “informational alibi” to justify crimes against peaceful Ukrainians — by preemptively labeling a civilian infrastructure site a “military target,” russia aims to rationalize future attacks on it.
Recently, russian sources also spread a fake alleging that Ukrainian troops were preparing a provocation in Mykolaiv to sabotage ceasefire agreements on energy facilities and blame russia for it. These claims are part of a coordinated information campaign. In this way, the enemy seeks to shift responsibility for violating ceasefire agreements on energy infrastructure and to mislead Ukraine’s international partners.
