On November 10, 2023, the Center for Countering Disinformation held a briefing for military attaches of NATO member states on the results of the Center’s research on the russian information influence campaign “Black market of weapons”.
In particular, the main goal of russia’s disinformation campaign is to push a sustainable narrative on the world that Ukraine is selling arms and to create an image of Ukraine as a major factor of destabilization in all hot spots of the world.
The report analyzes the main fakes within the mentioned narrative and the key people who disseminate them.
After the presentation of the Center’s analytical report, the participants of the event discussed the impact of russian PSYOP on the audience of Western countries.
