The National Cyber Security Coordination Center held a two-day Cyber Communications Workshop, in which the speakers were the employees of the Center for Countering Disinformation.
On July 27-28, 2023, the National Cyber Security Coordination Center at the National Security Council of Ukraine, with the support of the US Department of State and the US Civilian Research and Development Fund (CRDF Global), held a training for public sector communicators Cyber Communications Workshop: communications to strengthen national cyber resilience.
During the event, the employees of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine held lectures on the topic “Algorithm for responding to information threats.”
In the theoretical part, four levels of response based on facts were considered. Also, those present learned about the cycles of existence of news and the speed with which it is necessary to react to events in the information space.
The participants noted that the lecture was productive, and the practical part helped them understand the sequence of responding to information threats.
