The CCD continues its series of reports about the main perpetrators of anti-Ukrainian propaganda in belarus. Another influential propagandist in the country is dmitry bochkov, a presenter and media manager at one of the largest belarusian TV channels, OTN.

His programs devoted to events in Ukraine are somewhat reminiscent of Orwell’s “two minutes of hate.” The participants in the programs make every effort to create the illusion of a “catastrophe” in all spheres of Ukrainian life.
▫️ At the same time, they blame the West for all Ukraine’s troubles, claiming it keeps Ukraine “under external control” and “finances the war,” while consistently defending russia. They propose federalization and an uprising against the “American” government as the “salvation” for Ukraine.
belarusian propaganda also actively disseminated bochkov’s emotional call to stop the bloodshed in Ukraine, but for some reason he was appealing to Ukrainians and Poles, not russia, which unleashed this war of aggression.
