On May 22, CF2R published an analytical report by Olivier Dujardin, in which the author expressed doubts about the success of a potential counteroffensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donbas. In the article, the analyst partially promotes kremlin narratives about “inexperienced Ukrainian soldiers,” “successful advance of the russian army” and “independence of the russian defense industry” from other states.
These statements are manipulations, as the situation on the frontline proves the opposite. In addition, due to the imposed sanctions, russia can no longer use modern components in the defense industry.
CF2R has been repeatedly accused of aiding and abetting russia. In April, several experts resigned due to the fact that the research center supports the kremlin in russia’s war against Ukraine.
