On June 20, 2024, Andriy Kovalenko, Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, met with a delegation from the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defense headed by Giedrius Valintelis, Director of the Strategic Communications Department. The event was also attended by the Deputy Head of the Center Anayit Khoperiya.
During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities to deepen cooperation and implement joint projects.
The working visit of the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defense delegation to the Center lasted from June 17 to 20 this year. Members of the delegation got acquainted with the Center’s activities and exchanged experience in combating disinformation and hostile propaganda.
