On October 13, the 4th symposium on hybrid conflicts and wars was held, organized at the initiative of the European center of excellence for countering hybrid threats – Cyber Power.
The event was devoted to discussing the issue of cognitive warfare in the cybersphere and the cognitive elements of cyber threats.
A representative of the Center made a presentation on understanding cognitive warfare in Ukraine and presented practical cases of russian disinformation.
Such events provide an opportunity to unite with foreign partners and successfully counteract the cognitive elements of the ongoing war in Ukraine.
