On August 3-4, 2023, the acting head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, Andrii Shapovalov took part in the seminar «Strategic communications for local self-government bodies».
As part of the first day of the seminar – in the «Unified Voice of the Regions» group – Andrii Shapovalov, together with colleagues from the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security and the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, spoke about the importance of a unified voice of the regions and its impact on the overall effect of strategic communications.
The event was aimed at the audience of local self-government bodies from the TOT and de-occupied territories, as well as representatives of Crimea, with the aim of strengthening the capacity of local self-government bodies in the field of strategic communications and promoting coordination in matters of strategic communications between central and local bodies.
