On June 28, 2023, the Center for Countering Disinformation met with the military attachés of NATO countries. During the meeting, a presentation of a new analytical study regarding the russian disinformation campaign aimed at discrediting Ukraine by creating the narrative «Black Transplantology in Ukraine» took place.

The result of the meeting was a discussion of further steps to counter the kremlin’s information attacks. The Center called on countries participating in the discussion to introduce sanctions against propagandists and agents of influence who create and spread such disinformation campaigns.
