Military Propaganda Intensifies in russian Kindergartens
russian kindergartens are introducing a new propaganda format — “special military operation” museums. This new “educational method” was endorsed at the All-russian Forum on preschool education, held with the support of the russian ministry of education.
▫️ Earlier, the kremlin introduced mandatory weekly propaganda lessons called “conversations about important things” in kindergartens — sessions aimed at justifying the kremlin’s actions and glorifying participants in the war against Ukraine. Now, by creating war-themed museums, the russian government is taking militaristic indoctrination of the youngest children even further.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the russian authorities have been systematically building an ideological control system aimed at raising a generation loyal to putin’s regime. Children are being brought up in an atmosphere of hatred toward Ukraine and the West, with propaganda starting as early as preschool. In this way, the kremlin is shaping a society deprived of critical thinking and ready to take part in russia’s future wars without question.
