Fake about “mining” wounded Ukrainian soldiers
russian propaganda continues to spread fake stories aimed at discrediting Ukrainian soldiers. This time, propagandist media invented claims that allegedly Ukrainian defenders plant mines on their own wounded soldiers or even on World War II medals to “lure” russian troops.
These statements are based solely on the words of a russian soldier — the propagandists provide no evidence whatsoever.
▫️ Such fakes are spread by the enemy regularly. russia’s goal is to create a negative image of the Defense Forces of Ukraine and to justify its own war crimes and terror against civilians.
▫️ Ukraine does not use prohibited methods of warfare and strictly adheres to the norms of international humanitarian law.
At the same time, it is the russian military who have repeatedly mined civilian facilities, planted booby traps in household items, children’s toys, and even cemeteries in the liberated areas.
